Review the information and attach all relevant documents, including the policy, any legal documents related to the claim, and any other information you think will help us assist you.

You will be sent a letter acknowledging receipt of your information and providing you with the name of the Stewart representative who will be processing your inquiry. Your representative will provide further instructions on where to send your backup documentation.
